The firm was founded in 1988 as Westport Private Equity (UK) before moving the HQ to Zug in 1999. Capital Dynamics deploys capital through six Global Secondaries funds (GSEC I through VI) plus multiple clean energy infrastructure vehicles, targeting global secondaries, primaries, co-investments, clean energy infrastructure and private credit.
