Capital Dynamics is a global private-asset manager founded in 1999, whose UK entity Capital Dynamics Limited is authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority under firm reference number 141829. Its direct Clean Energy Infrastructure business, launched in 2010 and run out of London, owns and operates solar and onshore wind assets across Europe, alongside the firm's separate private-equity fund-of-funds and secondaries activities. The clean-energy team manages about USD 6.5 billion and over 7.9 GW of contracted generation across 150-plus projects in Europe and North America; its latest fully European fund, Clean Energy Infrastructure IX, closed at EUR 521 million in October 2022 as an Article 9 SFDR strategy.
