Alba Infra Partners is an independent pan-European infrastructure investment manager founded in 2024 following the spin-out of the team that previously led the infrastructure projects business at 3i Group. Led by managing partners Stephane Grandguillaume (CEO), John Cavill (CIO) and Antoine Matton, who have worked together since 2009, the firm operates from Paris and London and is regulated by the AMF and the FCA. Alba manages around 1 billion euros across two funds encompassing roughly 130 lower and mid-market infrastructure projects across continental Europe, the UK and Ireland, targeting renewables, energy transition, green mobility and social infrastructure. Its latest vehicle, Alba EOPF II, is classified as an SFDR Article 9 fund.
