Blackwood
BlackWood (BlackWood Ventures ApS) is a Copenhagen-based pan-European early-stage venture capital firm founded in 2021 by Bastian R. Larsen, investing at pre-seed and seed with initial tickets up to 1 million euros across fintech, cleantech and Web3. The firm is authorised by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (FTID 23300) and is supported by an investor club of more than 1,000 angels across 25-plus countries. It closed its debut Fund I at a final close of 25 million dollars (about 21.3 million euros) in 2025 and backs a portfolio of around 23 companies across Europe.
