Amundi Transition Energetique
Amundi Transition Energetique (AET, English: Amundi Energy Transition) is a Paris-based infrastructure asset manager created in 2016 as a joint venture owned 60% by Amundi and 40% by EDF, and authorised by the AMF (GP-16000012). AET provides long-term equity financing for energy-transition and energy-efficiency infrastructure across France and Europe, including gas and biomass cogeneration, district heating networks, onshore wind, and solar PV. Through its Alba I vehicle it has assembled a portfolio of more than 400 assets totalling around 2 GW of installed capacity, backed by institutional investors and the European Investment Bank.
