About Oxx

Oxx is a pure B2B SaaS growth equity specialist with approximately $320 million of cumulative assets under management as of December 2024 ($133 million Fund I 2020 plus $190 million Fund II final close November 2023), dual-headquartered in London and Stockholm. The firm was founded in 2017 by Richard Anton and Mikael Johnsson and operates as a partner-owned independent specialist VC with LPs including British Patient Capital, Saminvest, KfW Capital, Argentum, Pool Re and Coeli.

Investment thesis

Oxx deploys capital through two flagship funds (Fund I 2020, Fund II 2023), targeting growth-stage B2B SaaS investments by leading and co-leading $5-25 million rounds in companies post Product-Market Fit, with Series A and Series B focus. Sector focus spans B2B SaaS verticals across cybersecurity, marketing analytics, HR tech, proptech, developer tools, API management, industrial maintenance, supply chain and video workflows. Geographic deployment is anchored on European-founder origination across Northern Europe and the UK. The proprietary Go-To-Market Fit framework supports thesis-led scale-up partnership at high-conviction cadence of approximately two new investments per year.

Recent acquisitions include Moments Lab (AI video workflows, 2025), Apica (observability follow-on, 2025), Kato (commercial real estate, June 2025) and remberg (industrial maintenance).
