Eutopia Gestion SAS is a Paris-based early-stage venture capital firm dedicated to backing emerging consumer brands with purpose. Founded in 2018 by Antoine Fine (ex-Lazard, Otium consumer team 2015-2018) and Camille Kriebitzsch (Otium Capital analyst from 2015), the firm spun off from Otium Capital in early 2019 to operate as an independent regulated VC. Eutopia closed its first standalone fund, Eutopia II, at EUR 100M in December 2020 with backing from institutional investors, family offices and retail and consumer-goods professionals. The firm manages approximately EUR 280M in assets across the legacy Otium Brands investments made in 2015-2018 before the spin-off, Eutopia II (2019) and a successor vehicle launched in 2023-2024. Eutopia has invested in more than 30 mission-driven companies redefining how consumers eat, sleep, exercise, socialize, learn and feel. B Corp re-certified in January 2025 with a score of 117, it operates from Paris, New York and Madrid. Investment tickets range from EUR 1M to EUR 10M across seed and Series A rounds, with a recent pivot toward more mature companies generating EUR 5-15M in revenue. Notable exits include HARi&Co (trade sale to Avril Group, 2023), MEME (trade sale to Pierre Fabre, 2022), Tiptoe (trade sale to Fermob, 2024), Polène (secondary to L Catterton, 2024), Les Mini Mondes (sold to Unique Heritage Media, 2025), Ultra Premium Direct (sold to Inspired Pet Nutrition via Eurazeo, 2025) and Gourmey (merger with PARIMA, 2025).
