Investment thesis

Main Capital deploys capital through approximately 10 active vehicles (Main Capital I-VIII flagship plus Main Foundation I-II smaller-cap line), targeting buy-and-build platform investments in profitable enterprise software companies with majority and significant-minority growth equity stakes. Sector focus spans healthcare software, HR and human capital management, security and identity, banking and financial software, government software, education software and construction and property management software. Geographic deployment is anchored in Benelux core plus DACH, Nordics, France and selective US deployment via the Boston affiliate.
