About Mistertemp’ group
Mistertemp' group is a French digital temporary-staffing and recruitment specialist headquartered in Clichy, near Paris, combining a proprietary online placement platform with a franchised network of roughly 200 agencies in France and 10 in Italy under the Aquila RH, Lynx RH, Vitalis Medical and Mistertemp' brands. The group recorded business volume of EUR 420 million in 2023, serves some 12,000 client companies and keeps around 8,500 temporary workers in assignments each day. It operates in France, Italy and Canada, and entered Spain in 2024.
Ownership journey
Founded in Paris in 2009 and built on a franchise model rolled out from 2010, the group is led by its president and founder Alexandre Pham. Montefiore Investment backed the company in 2017 through its Montefiore V fund and held it for roughly seven years. In January 2024 Montefiore exited via a secondary transaction: Andera Partners took over as lead institutional shareholder through Andera MidCap 5, investing alongside the management team, while Ardian came in as co-investor through Ardian Co-Investment Fund VI. Both Andera Partners and Ardian remain invested.
Under PE ownership
Under Montefiore's ownership the group grew business volume by about 25 percent per year, reaching EUR 420 million in 2023, and scaled its franchise network to roughly 200 agencies in France plus 10 in Italy, a market it entered in 2018. Across its brands the group has placed more than 50,000 people with its base of SME and large-account clients. The new sponsors are funding further internationalisation: in September 2024 the group acquired Meditempus, a Barcelona-based temporary employment firm with about EUR 50 million of revenue and 15 agencies, marking its entry into Spain, and management targets more than EUR 1 billion of business volume by 2028 with planned expansion into Germany.
