Dentylis is a Paris-based healthcare company that operates a network of conventional dental and medical centers across metropolitan France. Founded on a dental-care model, it has broadened into multi-disciplinary primary care, adding ophthalmology through its Ophtalys brand in 2019 and allergology through Allergolys in 2022, alongside dermatology, general medicine, cardiology, gynecology, midwifery and radiology. The group runs roughly 60 centers concentrated in Paris and the Ile-de-France region and extending into Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur, Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, Grand-Est, Hauts-de-France, Occitanie and Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Ownership journey

Dentylis was founded in Paris in 2013 by dentist Jean-Jacques Israel, building a network of care centers priced within France's conventional sector 1 framework. In 2023 MBO Plus backed the company through its MBO Plus Buyout VI fund, taking a majority position to support an external growth and consolidation strategy in a rapidly financializing dental and primary-care market. MBO Plus remains an active shareholder and Dentylis is still listed among its current portfolio companies, with no exit or secondary transaction recorded. The MBO Plus deal team associated with the investment includes Alexandre Chaton, Chloe Miller and Zoe Tournilhac.

Under PE ownership

Since the MBO Plus investment in 2023, Dentylis has pursued the external growth strategy the buyout was designed to fund, extending its network toward roughly 60 centers across Paris, the Ile-de-France and several regions. According to MBO Plus, the company has delivered strong growth since the partnership began, supported by a dynamic market and the solid performance of its established centers. It operates a multi-specialty model spanning dentistry, ophthalmology under the Ophtalys brand, allergology, general medicine and further specialties, all within France's conventional sector 1 pricing. That build-out reflects a structural shift of dental and primary care away from independent liberal practice toward organized center networks, a trend the sponsor's consolidation thesis explicitly targets.
