Cojipar Energies is a family-owned energy services group in the Hauts-de-France region of northern France, active in the renewable-energy and building-services markets. It operates through Norsoleil, a Linselles-based installer running since 2010 that sells, fits and maintains solar thermal and photovoltaic systems, heat pumps, wood-pellet heating, plumbing and bathrooms for households and small businesses across the Lille area and the wider Nord. Cojipar Energies is a family-controlled group whose operating roots run through Norsoleil, a renewable-energy and heating installer active in the Nord since 2010. In April 2023, IRD Invest backed the group through its Nord Creation fund in a capital-development transaction, taking a stake to support its expansion in energy services. Nord Creation, the venture and development vehicle IRD Invest has run since 1990, targets early-stage and growing regional companies in the Hauts-de-France. IRD Invest still lists Cojipar Energies as a current portfolio holding, and no exit or secondary transaction has been recorded.

Under PE ownership

Since the 2023 investment, Cojipar Energies has widened its footprint from residential renewable-energy installation toward industrial and commercial electrical engineering. In 2026 it became the principal shareholder of Groupe SECRE, a Hauts-de-France electrical and energy specialist whose SECRE Energie business dates back to 1990 in Lens and works in electrical installation, HVAC, photovoltaic systems and EV-charging (IRVE) infrastructure for clients across France. The move positioned the enlarged group as a broader player in the energy transition, combining household renewable-energy retrofits with industrial electrical engineering and maintenance. Groupe SECRE has itself been building capability, adding renewable-energy and EV-charging certifications in 2023, integrating ISE Electricite in 2024, earning a corporate-responsibility label in 2025 and developing a mobile, hybrid EV-charging station for tenant businesses. No exit has been recorded, and IRD Invest remains an active backer.
