In 2021 Turenne Groupe backed a capital-transmission operation for Batiloc, a further management buyout recorded in the firm's Hauts-de-France portfolio, structured to organize a gradual generational handover of the family-controlled business toward its operating managers. The transaction was designed to hand the reins to the company's commercial and financial directors while preserving continuity at the top. Turenne Groupe is still listed as an active shareholder in Batiloc and no exit or secondary transaction has been recorded.

Under PE ownership

Since the 2021 transmission, Batiloc has continued to develop as an integrated manufacturer and rental operator rather than a pure distributor, deepening its own Valmo range across the Eco, Basic, Standing and Premium tiers and producing Batilux-made modules built to the RT2012 and RE2020 thermal standards. The company has leaned into eco-responsibility, carrying out roughly 80 percent of fabrication in factory conditions to cut waste and carbon footprint and holding an EcoVadis Platinum rating. It has maintained its four-agency national footprint and a rental fleet numbering in the thousands of modules, serving municipalities, construction firms and industrial customers. Management continuity under the founding family and its senior directors has anchored the succession plan set in motion at the transmission.
