AXAITRA is a Munich-based cloud and artificial intelligence services group that positions itself as "Europe's AI Agent Factory for Microsoft," assembling specialist Microsoft partners into a single pan-European platform for public cloud, data, AI and application modernization. Operating as AXAITRA Holding GmbH, it delivers automated managed services built around Microsoft 365, Copilot and Azure AI, serving small and medium-sized enterprises as well as larger corporate customers that are migrating to cloud and adopting AI. The group describes itself as building "the Cloud Managed Service Provider of the Future" and has been recognized as a Microsoft Frontier Partner, the vendor's most advanced partner designation. Ownership journey

AXAITRA was founded in 2024 in Munich as a buy-and-build platform in the Microsoft cloud and AI services market, led by chief executive Robert Helgerth, a former long-serving Microsoft executive, alongside co-founder and chief financial officer Johannes Lindinger. The platform was created and backed from inception by GREENPEAK Partners, the Munich investment firm specializing in building and scaling mid-market business groups, investing through GREENPEAK Fund III from 2024. GREENPEAK remains an active shareholder and continues to support the group's acquisition strategy; no exit or secondary transaction has been recorded. The sponsor is listed as the equity backer behind AXAITRA's ongoing consolidation of European Microsoft partners.

Under PE ownership

Since the 2024 investment, AXAITRA has executed an active buy-and-build program, acquiring specialist Microsoft partners across multiple European markets. It bought Spanish partner Zertia Telecomunicaciones in March 2025, added Germany's LM IT Services AG in October 2025, and integrated Swiss provider Comitas AG in July 2026, while further additions included Austrian and Danish partners and Schneider+Peklar through its VITAIRA subsidiary. LM IT Services alone contributed roughly 125 employees and about EUR 12.6 million of 2024 revenue at the time it joined the group. The company has focused acquisitions on targets with roughly EUR 2 million to EUR 15 million of revenue and double-digit EBITDA margins, and has moved to standardize and commercially package Microsoft AI offerings, most recently selecting Pax8 as a marketplace to scale distribution across Europe.
