SwanCap, operating through SwanCap Partners GmbH and SwanCap Investment Management, is an independent private markets investment manager established in 2013 as a spin-out, with an investment track record dating to 2000. It is headquartered in Munich, Germany, with additional offices in New York, Milan and Luxembourg, and a team of more than 25 professionals. SwanCap manages more than €5 billion in assets under management as of December 2024 across its fund families and managed accounts, having deployed more than €8 billion into private equity since inception. SwanCap is a private equity investment manager pursuing fund-of-funds, co-investment and secondaries strategies rather than direct buyout sponsorship. It deploys capital across three strategies: primary fund commitments, direct co-investments and direct secondaries, plus customised solutions. Geographic focus is Europe and North America, targeting the mid-market to large-cap segment, and it is sector-agnostic. Recent activity
