About Revers.io

Revers.io is a Paris-based software company whose SaaS platform digitizes after-sales, returns and reverse-logistics operations for retailers, manufacturers and marketplaces. The platform lets shoppers and staff open return, repair and warranty cases through self-service portals, then automates the physical and administrative flow across the ecosystem, giving retailers and their customers full traceability of every returned item. It positions itself as a leading European platform for reverse-logistics management, connecting more than 600 partners across its network. Its client base includes major French retailers such as Carrefour, FNAC-Darty, La Redoute, Maisons du Monde, Auchan Retail and E.Leclerc, and the company reports that its system cuts return-processing costs by roughly 70 percent and processing times by about 50 percent.

Ownership journey

Revers.io was founded in Paris in 2009 by Vincent Torres, starting from the premise that after-sales service had not yet been digitized, and it grew out of the earlier monSAV.com online repair and insurance platform before building its business-to-business reverse-logistics software from 2011. In 2013 the company drew venture backing from Karista, investing through its CapDecisif 3 fund, to support a SaaS platform handling reverse logistics for e-commerce merchants and retailers. In 2017 CapHorn joined the shareholder base through its CapHorn 2 fund, adding a growth-stage venture investor to the register. Both Karista and CapHorn remain active minority backers, with Revers.io still listed among their current portfolio companies and no exit or secondary transaction recorded.

Under PE ownership

The successive venture rounds funded Revers.io's shift from a niche after-sales tool into a broader operating system spanning returns, repair, warranty, second-life and in-store journeys. Under this backing the company extended its footprint across large French retail groups and built out an ecosystem of more than 600 connected partners covering carriers, warehouses and repair providers. It has layered on capabilities such as circular-economy and second-life programs, fraud detection and omnichannel visibility, positioning the platform for the growth of returns volumes in European e-commerce. Reported revenue rose from about 4.7 million dollars in 2023 to roughly 6.6 million dollars in 2024, evidence of continued commercial expansion while its early venture backers remained on the register.
