About LeadVenture

LeadVenture, headquartered in Portland, Oregon, is a SaaS provider of digital storefronts, e-commerce, digital retailing, digital marketing, dealer management software and electronic parts catalogues for equipment dealerships. The company serves more than 45,000 dealer rooftops across 10 verticals, including powersports, marine, RV, tire and wheel, agriculture, construction, outdoor power equipment, after-market auto and independent auto, alongside more than 200 OEMs and distributors. It runs a multi-brand model spanning Dealer Spike, Dealer Car Search, Frazer, Net Driven, TCS Technologies and InteractRV, with roughly 1,300 employees.

Ownership journey

The platform traces to ARI Network Services, a dealer-software company founded in 1981, which was publicly listed until True Wind Capital completed a take-private at $7.10 per share in cash in August 2017. True Wind separately invested in Dealer Spike in 2018 and combined the businesses into a single dealer-solutions group, later rebranded LeadVenture. TA Associates made a strategic growth investment in March 2019, with True Wind remaining the largest shareholder at that point. Both sponsors remain invested, and TA Associates lists LeadVenture as a current portfolio company.

Under PE ownership

Under sponsor ownership, LeadVenture has completed a 16-acquisition build-up, beginning with Dealer Spike in 2018 under True Wind and continuing with Net Driven, Powersports Support and InteractRV in 2019, Dealer Car Search in 2020, Frazer, CRS, PSM and L5 in 2021, MonroneyLabels in 2022, InstaVid360 and CarCareConnect in 2023, Trailer Central and Room 58 in 2024, and Auto Repair Compare and MotoMate123 in 2025. The programme extended the group beyond its dealer-website and parts-catalogue roots into used-auto and independent-auto dealer management while deepening existing positions in tire and wheel and marine, lifting the customer base from more than 23,500 equipment dealers at TA's 2019 entry to more than 45,000 dealer rooftops across 10 verticals. Headcount stands at about 1,300 employees.
