About Jungle Creations
Jungle Creations is a London-based social media publishing and content company that creates, produces and distributes video across a portfolio of owned media brands spanning food and drink, arts and crafts, fitness and female lifestyle. Founded in 2014 as Viral Thread, it grew into a multi-brand digital publisher whose titles, including Twisted, Four Nine, Level Fitness and Craft Factory, together reach an online community of more than 125 million followers. Alongside its publishing arm the company runs a commercial operation through Jungle Studios and The Wild, a social-first creative agency that has produced branded campaigns for advertisers such as Greenpeace, Virgin and Heinz. It has been ranked by the Financial Times among the fastest-growing media companies in the United Kingdom, and reported revenue of GBP 19.3 million with EBITDA of GBP 2.5 million in 2020.
Ownership journey
Jungle Creations was founded in London in 2014 by Jamie Bolding, who launched the business as Viral Thread with a GBP 10,000 government start-up loan before building it into a diversified digital publisher. In 2018 Edge Investment backed the company through its Edge Creative Enterprise Fund, supporting international expansion and platform diversification and installing former BBC Worldwide chief executive John Smith as chair. Edge exited in 2021 via a trade sale. From 2021 Livingbridge invested through its Livingbridge 7 fund, taking a majority stake to fund the next phase of growth, with founder Jamie Bolding retaining a minority interest. Livingbridge remains an active shareholder.
Under PE ownership

Four of its brands, Twisted, Four Nine, Level Fitness and Craft Factory, ranked in the top three of their respective UK categories in June 2021 and generated more than 300 million combined views. The business also deepened its commercial model, pairing its owned audiences with branded-content and agency services delivered through Jungle Studios and The Wild.
