Groupe Reseau C&S is a French professional-training and driving-education group, headquartered in Montussan near Bordeaux, that federates a network of subsidiaries and franchised centres under its City'Pro and City'Zen brands. City'Pro delivers regulated vocational training for transport, logistics, construction and workplace-safety trades, including CACES certification, while City'Zen runs driving schools covering the highway code and car, motorcycle and boat licences. According to the network's own disclosures, it trains more than 110,000 learners a year across roughly 200 programmes and generates about EUR 82 million of activity including its franchised members, of which around EUR 42 million is direct. It positions itself as a proximity operator, pooling marketing, centralised purchasing, quality certification and shared IT and e-learning tools for independent local training and driving-school businesses.

Ownership journey

Reseau C&S was created in 2005 to unite small and mid-sized training businesses under a common network, building out through quality milestones such as CACES certification in 2008 and Qualiopi accreditation in 2021. In January 2024 Galia Gestion, a Bordeaux-based private-equity manager focused on small and mid-sized companies in south-west France, entered the group's capital to support its continued growth. Galia Gestion remains an active shareholder in the business, and no exit or secondary transaction has been recorded.

Under PE ownership

The 2024 investment was intended to back sustained expansion across the group's professional-training and driving-school activities. Since the transaction Reseau C&S has widened its perimeter, integrating additional training brands including MOBI Formation, CODEF Formation and CGI Formation, the last specialised in eco-driving. Its two core franchises have continued to scale, with City'Pro accounting for roughly EUR 68 million of network activity and City'Zen about EUR 14 million, per company disclosures. The group reports training in excess of 110,000 learners a year across the French territory.
