About Everenn Group

Everenn is a France-based industrial engineering group specializing in the durability, monitoring and performance of sensitive infrastructure and equipment. It operates through five complementary brands, SITES, Cornis, Vibratec, MicrodB and Vibrateam, spanning structural inspection and diagnostics, drone and AI-based wind turbine surveillance, vibration and acoustic engineering, and predictive maintenance. The group serves decarbonized energy (nuclear, hydroelectric and wind), transport, defense, space, built heritage and sustainable cities. Per its own disclosures, Everenn brings together roughly 650 to 700 employees in France and internationally, with subsidiaries in China, South Africa, Saudi Arabia and Malaysia, for consolidated revenue of about EUR 70 million.

Ownership journey

The group traces its roots to SITES, an infrastructure monitoring and engineering firm founded in France in 1984 and historically anchored in the nuclear sector. In February 2022 RAISE Investissement, the mid-cap private equity activity of the Raise group, took a minority stake in SITES alongside management, as part of a reorganization of the company's shareholding. RAISE Investissement remains an active shareholder and no exit or secondary transaction has been recorded. In 2025 the enlarged group unified its operating companies under the single Everenn brand.

Under PE ownership

The 2022 minority investment was earmarked to accelerate sectoral and geographic diversification and to fund an external growth strategy beyond the group's nuclear origins. Since then the company has expanded through acquisition, notably absorbing the Vibratec group and its Vibratec, VibraTeam and MicrodB entities in 2023, adding vibration and acoustic engineering across mobility, energy and defense. Reported revenue has grown from more than EUR 40 million around the time of the investment to about EUR 70 million, while headcount has risen from over 400 to roughly 650 to 700. The consolidation culminated in 2025 with the launch of the Everenn group brand uniting SITES, Cornis, Vibratec, MicrodB and Vibrateam under a common identity.
