About Coprodex

Coprodex is a French distributor of PVC cladding profiles and infill panels for the PVC joinery trade, based in Porcelette in the Moselle region of eastern France. It carries a broad catalogue of more than 4,000 references, spanning cladding profiles in white, tinted and plaxed finishes, cladding boards, roller shutters, trim pieces and window sills supplied to professional window and door installers. A distinguishing capability is its in-house plaxing workshop, a rare setup in France, which applies coloured PVC film to more than 200 profile references so that trim matches the finish of the window frame. Its backer Eurefi describes it as the leading French distributor of PVC cladding products, with ranges adapted to different regional markets.

Ownership journey

Coprodex was founded in Porcelette in 1997 as a specialist supplier to the PVC joinery sector. In 2018 the French cross-border fund Eurefi backed the acquisition of the company, taking a shareholding alongside management led by Alban De Renzo and supporting Coprodex as a focused distributor serving joinery professionals. Eurefi remained invested across the 2018 to 2025 period, holding its stake through the build-out of the distribution platform. It exited in 2025 via a trade sale, and no further ownership details beyond that transaction are disclosed here.

Under PE ownership

Under Eurefi's backing from 2018, Coprodex consolidated its position as the leading French distributor of PVC cladding products, widening a catalogue that now exceeds 4,000 references. The company leaned on its in-house plaxing capability, a differentiator in the French market, to offer custom-coloured film finishes across more than 200 profile references and to match trim to window frame specifications. It also maintained ranges tailored to distinct regional markets, reflecting the fragmented demand of the joinery installer base it serves. After roughly seven years of ownership, Eurefi realised its investment through a trade sale in 2025.
