Under PE ownership

The 2024 seed capital was directed at hiring across product and engineering, further development of the AI assistant and expansion into the United States market. Since the raise the company rebranded from Autonifai to Numra and brought its finance assistant Mary to market for finance and accounting teams. It positioned the product to ingest unstructured data and automate reconciliations, data entry and error investigation across a client's finance function. As an early-stage business its scale remains modest, and detailed revenue and headcount figures have not been publicly disclosed.
