About Arrive
Arrive, formerly EasyPark Group, is a Stockholm-headquartered global mobility and parking-payments platform whose software lets drivers find, pay for and manage parking, kerbside access, EV charging and transit through a mobile-first system used by cities, operators and automakers. It operates a family of consumer brands, including EasyPark, Flowbird, RingGo, ParkMobile and Parkopedia, spanning on-street and off-street payments, pay-and-display hardware, mobility data and in-car navigation and payment integration. The company positions itself as a full-stack urban-mobility platform rather than a single parking app, combining digital payments with data analytics for city planners and fleet operators. According to its own disclosures, Arrive is present in more than 20,000 cities across over 90 countries and connects over 100 million users annually, giving it one of the largest footprints in the sector.
Ownership journey
EasyPark was founded in Stockholm in 2001 and built out a smartphone-based parking service that expanded across Europe over the following decade. In March 2018 Vitruvian Partners, investing through the Vitruvian Investment Partnership III, led a majority recapitalization of the business, taking a controlling stake alongside existing shareholders. At the time of that transaction the company employed more than 220 people and covered roughly 700 cities across 11 European countries, complemented by more than 100 commercial off-street contracts. Vitruvian remains an active shareholder and the company is still held privately under its backing, with no exit or secondary transaction recorded for that stake.
Under PE ownership
Since the 2018 investment the company has scaled from around 700 cities in 11 European countries to a presence in more than 20,000 cities across over 90 countries, moving well beyond its Nordic and European base into North America. It pursued an acquisitive build-out, adding the US operator ParkMobile in 2021 and later folding in Flowbird and Parkopedia, which broadened the platform from on-street mobile parking into pay-and-display hardware, public-transit ticketing, EV-charging payments and mobility data. In June 2025 the group unified its brands and rebranded from EasyPark Group to Arrive, signalling a shift from a parking application toward a consolidated global mobility platform. The result of the investment period has been a substantial expansion in geographic reach, product breadth and headcount, with the enlarged group now serving cities, operators and automakers across three continents.
